Ingredients per person:

1/4 c bisquick

1/4 c milk

1 firm apple

1 large egg


For Topping:

1/4 c Sugar

1/4 c Butter

1 Tbs Cinnamon


Mint Leaves


Slice and peel apples. Soften on stove in ovenproof dish with butter to taste.

Leave apples in dish and pour mixture of bisquick, eggs, and milk over the apples.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Top with mixture of softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon and return to oven for a few minutes.

Place serving size piece on plate and pour Limoncello over it. Garnish with lemon zest and mint sprigs.
