A wedding experience featuring delicate yet intricate patterns.

Gretchen’s & Matt destination wedding featured cozy neutrals that celebrated the early change of seasons to come. The couple desired to host their wedding weekend at a place rich in natural elements but also provided a bright and white canvas for textural details to shine. The fresh color palette of taupe, silk, potter’s clay, periwinkle, and light merlot allowed for subtle blending of hues to create a delicate yet intricate layered aesthetic.

The stately craftsmanship of the Mildred B Cooper Chapel is positioned on a foliage rich hilltop overlooking Lake Norwood in Northwestern Arkansas. The towering pines and imperial oaks provide passageways of sunlight through the transparent windows of the chapel. Guests observed the peace and serenity of nature’s calmness as “Can't Help Falling in Love with You” by the Brooklyn Duo filled the interior.

The couple sought to acknowledge those that could not attend but would forever be in their hearts as they said their vows commissioned handwritten tags to be secured to their alter floral arrangements. A rose petal toss by their families completed their union at the chapel and sent them off to the reception.

An intimate dining experience in a spacious gallery at 21 C Hotel & Museum was achieved with gentle and inviting sophisticated patterns amongst a single table layout. Smooth striated linens were the perfect foundation for touches of frosted, jeweled, and silk embellishments to gracefully adorn this joyous event.

Bee’s Knees cocktails and champagne flowed throughout the evening in mixed etched glassware. Guests were treated to an iced vanilla and almond cake for dessert that mirrored an angled design reminiscent in their braided taper candles. As the speeches concluded, we witness a celebration filled with love songs and sweet embraces that were so memorable we can not help but smile every time we see these photos.
