Lila & Ross

sophisticated architecture & laid back leisure

Lila and Ross strolled the quaint yet sprawling grounds in the mid afternoon and had private libations in the courtyard to enjoy the start of their destination elopement. It was important for us to capture the experience of the signature spaces and landscape of the property and transport the couple to a one of a kind oasis with a European vibe.

They quietly got ready in the suite where Lila donned beautiful silk and French Lace pieces from Girl & a Serious Dream. The bride later wore a stunning ivory lace and beaded appliqué feather mini dress from Allison Webb paired with a beautiful hand beaded cathedral veil. They met in the sunken rose gardens that honor the heritage of the original English Garden and wandered the mansion on their way to the intimate celebration planned on the terrace. Ross owns The Austin Winery, so Happy Hour was always a part of the plan.

We set their table with taupe velvet, layered stoneware, and soft feminine florals. Morgan Pearl Cakes made them a romantic hand-painted cake with a floral design reminiscent of the Italian Renaissance Revival patterns seen in the mansion.
